What are your products made from?
Sugarcane bagasse — the plant fiber left after sugarcane is pressed. No plastic lining, no wax coating. Our clear lids are recyclable PET, not compostable, and we say so plainly rather than blurring the line.
Are they microwave and freezer safe?
The bagasse containers are both — up to 3 minutes in a microwave and down to -4°F in a freezer. None are oven or air-fryer safe. Remove PET lids before heating.
What's your return policy?
Unopened cartons can be returned within 30 days, with the buyer covering return shipping. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
